Special Guidance
for Families

Extraordinary development
in just 4 months

Witness the incredible power of a simply technique with Autism friendly mentoring

Autism sensitive TM teaching and mentoring

We asked families raising children on the Spectrum who already learnt Transcendental Meditation.
How did they do? How did it go?
And they all said the same. They learnt together. They meditated together and they all had support and guidance on the journey.
Together with the guidance and support of Autism-sensitive teaching and mentoring, we were amazed by the extraordinary development achieved in just four months. We conducted pilots and research with families raising children on the autism spectrum, and we observed their remarkable progress.
The power of raising family consciousness towards a common goal of developing the child and transforming the family’s life is truly incredible.

Most parents discover their spectrum related symptoms during the child being diagnosed. And that is absolutely fine. It’s something good to embrace as well. Everything will make sense.

In order to achieve such progress, it was not enough to simply learn and practice; persistence, regularity, kindness, and guidance were essential.

Acceptance is key.

The first 4 months are the key to having extra support in a family life.

These first four months play a crucial role in providing an additional tool for managing family life. As new pathways form and old habits collapse, there will be changes in personality, both internally and externally, impacting not only the individual but also the entire family.
The rigidity of nerve structure and certain personality traits become more flexible, leading to reshaped perceptions, reactions, and improved emotional regulation.
The transformational journey within the family continues beyond the initial four months, bringing both joy and challenges.

Throughout this period,

We understand that everyone has unique requirements and abilities, and we tailor the rhythm and the time of the meditation practice accordingly.

We provide insights and mentoring on the mental processes at play during meditation. This understanding helps individuals and their families gain awareness of the positive changes occurring within their bodies and minds, empowering them to make the most of their meditation practice and its benefits.

Preparation and guidance for what comes after the initial four months of meditation practice. We understand that the transformative journey continues beyond this period, and we aim to support individuals and their families in sustaining and integrating the benefits of meditation into their lives.

Mentoring the transformation, gentle guidance and energy healing

Regular surveys and follow up questions to guide the process

In order to achieve such progress, it was not enough to simply learn and practice, persistence, regularity, kindness, and guidance were essential.

The transformational period for individuals on the spectrum, (and sensory overwhelm) regardless of age or gender, can be intense, particularly for those experiencing sensory overwhelm. However, by understanding and embracing these changes, we aim to make the journey smoother and more enjoyable.

Easy. Rewarding. Life changing.

The transformational period with people on the spectrum and sensory overwhelm regardless of age, gender could be intense and just to face the changes can be challenging.
We are there to smooth and soften the waves and laugh it through. Just by understanding them will make them less intense.
