FOR SCHOOLS

Inspirational Talks & Neurodiversity Empowerment

Empowering the next generation to embrace their unique strengths, redefine success, and spark a lifelong journey of authenticity —
Because talent should be lived, not hidden.

My Approach

Every classroom holds students with extraordinary minds. Some are overwhelmed. Misunderstood. Quietly brilliant. What if the key to unlocking their potential isn’t another textbook — but a story?

What if the key to unlocking all of your student’s potential isn’t another textbook — but a story?

I’m Katalin. I’m an intuitive mentor, professional communicator, and former high-achiever who burned out before I even knew I was autistic.
From a dazzling career in global PR to complete nervous system collapse — I’ve walked both the celebrated and the silent paths of neurodivergence. I didn’t just recover. I rebuilt.
Through radical self-acceptance, nervous system regulation, and the unlearning of every societal myth I absorbed about autism and neurodiversity I reawakened my innate gifts — and stepped into the vibrant, high-performing woman I was always meant to be.

And now, I speak to the next generation. Because no child should spend years in confusion, anxiety, and quiet burnout — especially not the ones with the brightest sparks.

Today, I speak in schools to share that truth. Not to dramatise it. But to bring light to students who feel like they don’t fit. To help them reframe their difference—from brokenness to brilliance. To give words to what so many are feeling but can’t yet explain.
And to invite everyone in the room to rethink what intelligence, empathy, and resilience really look like.

For Schools Who Care Deeply

Whether you lead a mainstream, inclusive, or alternative school — you know this truth:
Too many sensitive, gifted students are slipping through the cracks.
They don’t need more accommodation forms. They need role models. They need tools. And they need hope.

Let’s embark on this transformative journey together.

Case Study

At Maharishi School

At Maharishi School — already a model of inclusivity and consciousness — students still carried fears about life beyond their safe environment. I shared my story of thriving in corporate life as an autistic professional, showing how overwhelm can be transformed into balance and creativity. Alongside the story, I gave them a quick mindset and energetic tools to ground emotions, strengthen focus, and clear misbeliefs that keep students stuck in offence–defence mode. The result? Students left braver, entering competitions and creative projects with the mindset: “I have something valuable to give.”

Even in a school built on inclusivity and consciousness, many students — neurodivergent and neurotypical alike — carried a quiet fear: What will happen when we step outside this safe environment? They worried about whether the world would accept them, whether their uniqueness would be a strength or a burden.

I was invited to share my own story — not as theory, but as lived experience. I spoke about thriving in corporate environments as an autistic professional, about the tools that helped me move beyond overwhelm and shutdowns into balance, performance, and creativity. Alongside the story, I gave them simple mindset and energetic tools they could use anytime:

  • quick ways to ground overwhelming emotions,
  • small moves and tricks to rebalance themselves in the moment,
  • practices to strengthen focus, and
  • clarity around the common misbeliefs they needed to release, so they wouldn’t step into the world in constant offence–defence mode.

Students listened with open hearts. They recognised their own struggles in my words — and also saw what was possible beyond them. Afterward, many applied for competitions and creative contests with a new mindset: not “I’ll be lucky if they accept me,” but “I have something valuable to give.”

Even in schools that live inclusivity, students need role models who show them what it looks like in the real world. This case proved that inspiration, when rooted in lived experience and paired with practical tools, sparks action. It reframes fear into ambition — and gives students the courage to carry their inner tools into life beyond school walls.

Action

No student should feel alone in the battle for self-acceptance.
When you invite me into your school, you’re giving your students more than a talk.
Not a lecture. A story. Not a label. A mirror.
A language.
A chance to see themselves differently.
Let’s raise a generation of self-aware, emotionally grounded, inclusive leaders—together.

I work on a donation basis.

Why? Because I care. Because I’ve been that student.
Because I believe emotional literacy and self-understanding should not be a privilege.

I don’t speak from theory.
I speak from life.
And I speak to ignite change.

IN THE CORPORATE WORLD….
I’ve lived it. I was the autistic high-achiever in the open-plan London office with no support. I had to figure out, fast, how to stabilise my brain, regulate my energy, and perform again — or lose everything.
No therapist. No policy. Just instinct, neuroscience, and years of deep inner work. I turned it around — fast. Now I help others do the same.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not symptom management. It’s high-performance rewiring for people who think differently — and want to stay that way.

IN THE SCHOOLS …
Let me bring this story into your school.
Because talent shouldn’t be a luxury.
And brilliance belongs in every room.
