Why Me?

Because I’ve lived it. I was the autistic high-achiever in the open-plan London office with no support. I had to figure out, fast, how to stabilise my brain, regulate my energy, and perform again — or lose everything.
No therapist. No policy. Just instinct, neuroscience, and years of deep inner work. I turned it around — fast. Now I help others do the same.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not symptom management. It’s high-performance rewiring for people who think differently — and want to stay that way.
