I am a late-diagnosed adult autistic woman.
My intention as a spokesperson, as a leader of this movement or simply being on the spectrum myself is to globally raise awareness about the incomparable benefits of Transcendental Meditation for people with ASD.
My practice of Transcendental Meditation (TM)  – in a period of 3-6 months – built up emotional and mental resilience in me quite quickly, and eased my overwhelmed sensory reactions.
It allowed me to access a very calm state of mind and to make better connections with others, my brain and mind became very clear and my focus sharp, my everyday performance peaked rapidly.
I have been always the out of the box thinker, the revolutionary, the peak performer, but my inner struggles were just as peak..
Now I operate on another level of calmness and mastery.
I’d like to share it within the autistic community so they can make use of the benefits of TM directly, without needing to take decades to arrive at the point of positive management of their ASD.

Adam Olgyay

Transcendental Meditation Teacher

It is my honour to be part of this project. Besides my efforts to develop individuals it is really important to me to be part of development on a social level. Helping people living with autism is something I consider as such, since with this special attention for them we can make the life a lot of autistic people’ better, fuller and happier.
I have been practicing TM since 2013 every day, and I have been teaching it too since 2017. The practice of meditation profoundly changed my life and those who I initiated into it. I do not know any other developing method that could be as effective as TM in reaching our full human potential – simple, measurable, effective. I am grateful to my master Maharishi Mahesh Yogi who made this ancient technique available to modern people.
I work as a project manager in the field of IT and I’m a great follower of agile methodologies. I have been working with my clients, with groups and with organisations.
