A profound tool

A gateway to your unlimited creativity

What is Transcendental Meditation (TM)

This simple effortless technique, best practiced for 20 min twice a day, sitting comfortably, with the eyes closed.

TM allows your noise, busily thinking mind to settle down and transcend to a state of great inner calm.

There is a level within every mind, which is already calm.

TM is not

  • A belief system
  • A religion
  • A lifestyle
  • Difficult

TM is

  • A technique
  • Effortless
  • Simple to learn
  • Well-researched
  • Effective

What happens during TM

Through the practice of Transcendental Meditation one learns how to access the state of deepest rest. This quiet level of mind is the source of one’s unlimited creativity, that allows a freer flow of innovative and creative thought and ideas, to rise to the surface of the mind – into awareness.

Your body relaxes into a state of rest that, according to researchers on TM, is more profound than the most recharging part of the state of our deep sleep.

There is a level within every mind,
which is already calm.

The process of transcending
thought through TM

The more we transcend the more we
are exceeding our limits and thriving
towards our own highest potential.

Transcendence - meaning….

The simple act of transcending is the most vital experience in human life, the key to developing one’s infinite potential. Without this experience, life is like a building without a foundation.

The simple definition is to raise above or go beyond limits. Transcendence comes from the Latin prefix trans-, meaning “beyond,” and the word scandare, meaning “to climb.” When you achieve transcendence, you have gone beyond ordinary limitations.

This word doesn’t limit itself – starts or ends – using it only in a spiritual or religious state but is often used to describe a condition of moving beyond physical needs and realities.
